Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

The return, refund and exchange policy outlined herein is for online purchases only. Horse float and trailer sales are subject to the conditions of a Sales Contract and thus, are not covered under this policy.

We are not required to provide a return, refund or exchange if you change your mind. No returns refunds or exchange for change of mind or a customer error in ordering.

Only regular priced items may be eligible for return, refund or exchange. Item listed as On Sale or Factory Second are ineligible for return, refund or exchange.

Free gifts or promotional items shipped with any order or directly to you are ineligible for return, refund, exchange or warranty.

Refunds or exchange are available for defective and damaged products only and are subject to a strict 14 day period from date of purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer to return your purchase for a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Items lost or damaged in transit or shipping are not covered under this policy. Tracking information will be provided to the customer on confirmation of shipping and any order lost or damaged in transit or transit and must be handled by the customer directly with the shipping agent.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 7 days, via your original method of payment. Return postage costs may be subject to refund pending inspection of return and receipts for return costs must be provided prior to any reimbursement. If your return is found not to be defective or damaged additional inspection and return costs may be incurred by the customer.

If you haven’t received a refund within 7 days from notification of approval, please first contact your bank/card issuer as it may take some time before your refund is cleared.
