Kara Kar Trailers provides a 5 year Structural warranty on the steel frame, chassis and suspension of your trailer.

We also have a 1 year manufacturer's warranty on components i.e: floor, roof, paint, electrical fittings, electrical appliances, gas appliances and on all other parts. This warranty is valid on new trailers from the date of the initial sale date providing: that the trailer has only been used for its intended purpose; that the maintenance guidelines set out in your owner's manual are observed; and any repairs have been performed by a Kara Kar recognised or approved workshop.  Express written approval by Kara Kar Trailers MUST be made prior to authorisation of repairs. Failure to do so may result in warranty claims being denied.

This warranty is void in the event of:

• Failure to observe the operating guidelines set out in your owner's manual
• Improper use of the trailer
• Technical modifications to the trailer
• Unauthorised attachments being added to the trailer
• Overloading
• Use of other than genuine replacement parts

The steel used in your trailer is RHS steel and is galvanised inside and out. However, galvanising does not protect the steel from certain acids and chemicals. For example, if you get salt water on your trailer you should wash this off immediately. Similarly, any scratches or large stone chips can penetrate the galvanising, and you should treat and paint this immediately. This warranty does not cover the above situations. Nor does it cover damage due to natural wear and tear, or horses chewing or scratching the paint work (including the use of hay nets).

In no event shall Kara Kar Trailers have any liability for consequential damages, or loss, damage or expense directly or indirectly arising from the use of the trailer, or any liability to use it separately or in combination with other equipment or materials, or from any other cause.

Kara Kar Trailers reserves the right to make revisions in current production of trailers, and assumes no obligation to incorporate these revisions into earlier models.

This warranty is null and void in the event your trailer is used for any commercial application including but not limited to commercial rental/hire.

The above warranty is exclusive, supersedes and is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness. No person, agent or dealer is authorised to give any warranties on behalf of Kara Kar Trailers, or to assume for Kara Kar Trailers any other liability in connection with any of its products unless made in writing and signed by an official of Kara Kar Trailers.
